Our website allows you to schedule appointments anytime for your convenience. In order to utilize online booking we do require a card to be held on file. The card is held securely and will not be charged until your service is complete.

Our customers are valuable and so is our time together. Thank you for your understanding. If you would have questions please contact your stylist or the salon.

Cancellation Policy

If you will not be able to make your appointment please allow at least 48 hours notification. Appointments cancelled/rescheduled in less than 24 hours of appointment time will incure a rebooking fee. The rebooking fee will be 50% of previously scheduled service.

No Show Policy

If you miss an appointment without notifying the salon or your stylist:

• The first missed appointment will incur a 50% rebooking fee.
• The second missed appointment will incur a 100% rebooking fee.
• A third missed appointment may result in prepaying for the requested service or refusal of service.
