To better serve you at Bespoke, we will be implementing an a la carté menu. This will allow you to determine the services you receive. Please schedule each service that you wish to receive at your appointment. For further clarification, please call Bespoke or speak to your stylist.
We strive to provide excellent service to our guests. In order to do so we have updated our cancellation, no-show, and late appointment policy. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Because the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. This policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability as well as keeping our bespoke stylists schedules full, thus serving everyone better.
Credit Card Hold - For some longer appointments (2 hours+), we may require a hold on your credit card to confirm your appointment.
